BOS INNOVATE 2026 — Innovation Showcase
August 1, 2026 · Anantya, Palace Grounds, Bengaluru, India
The summit's innovation challenge, "From Vision to Venture". MERIT AAS was entered and presented at the showcase on the afternoon of 1 August: the stage that finds the eye in an ultrasound scan and traces its outline, so the same scan is annotated the same way twice. Presented as research and decision-support, not a diagnostic device, with a clinician reviewing and signing every result. Feedback from the session added optic-nerve thickness to the next stage, tissue identification.

Healthcare AI conference in New Delhi run by Medical Dialogues. Athreya MedTech attended and was interviewed on stage about MERIT AI, covering why the models run on our own hardware, how patient data is handled under the DPDP Act, and ultrasound for clinics without an ophthalmologist.
Phantom Lab Inauguration — De Cure Center

Official inauguration of the De Cure Phantom Lab during Academy Session 10. The lab is used for Butterfly iQ3 probe training, phantom scanning with known ground truth, and Phase 2 data collection.
APPL Batch 1 — Academy Launch

Launch of the Advanced Prosthetics & Phantom Lab (APPL) clinical sub-track. First batch of participants enrolled in the APPL training pathway: ultrasound physics, biometry, Butterfly iQ3 probe training, and phantom lab participation.
